The Department of Economics at Monash University invites applications for 2 full-time continuing positions (comparable to tenure-track) at the lecturer/senior lecturer level.  Applicants should have a PhD in economics or near completion, demonstrated teaching ability, and research experience.  Applicants with expertise in any area of economics will be considered; however, preference will be given to the fields of Macroeconomics, International Economics and Experimental Economics.

Appointments will be made at a level appropriate to the successful applicants’ qualifications, experience and in accordance with classification standards for each level.  The positions will be located on the Caulfield and Berwick campuses, with potential teaching responsibilities on other metropolitan campuses.
